SHIPPING AREAS ESTUDIO G404 ships to Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands), the rest of the European Union and Latin America. (Customs duties or tariffs applicable outside the European Union are currently paid by the customer.) ### 2. PREPARATION AND PROCESSING TIMES All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders are not prepared or shipped at weekends or on local or national public holidays. ### 3. SHIPPING RATES AND TIMES Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout. The available options are: Standard Shipping: Delivery in 3-5 business days. Cost: €4.99. (Free on orders over €50). Express Shipping: Delivery in 24-48 business hours. Cost: €8.99. Note: Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur for reasons beyond ESTUDIO G404's control (transport strikes, weather conditions, shipping volume on special dates). ### 4. ORDER TRACKING When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number so you can check its status. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available. ### 5. DELIVERY ISSUES If you entered an incorrect address when placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at . If the order has already shipped, any reshipping costs will be paid by the customer. If the package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse it or note it on the carrier's delivery note and contact us within 48 hours so we can handle the issue. ## RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY ### 1. Express shipping or premium delivery options selected in the original purchase will not be refunded. ### 5. LEGAL GUARANTEE In accordance with current Spanish legislation, all our physical products have a 3-year legal guarantee from the delivery date against lack of conformity or manufacturing defects. CANCELLING AND RESCHEDULING LIVE APPOINTMENTS OR CONSULTATIONS We understand that unexpected things happen. That's why we allow appointment and consultation bookings to be cancelled or rescheduled under the following conditions: Advance notice: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge if you let us know at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Late cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund, and 50% of the amount will be retained as an administration fee. FORCE MAJEURE EXCEPTIONS If a late cancellation is due to verifiable medical reasons or force majeure, please contact us at attaching the relevant proof so we can assess your case and offer you free rescheduling. ### 3. CANCELLATION BY ESTUDIO G404 If we have to cancel the appointment or consultation for reasons of force majeure, we will notify you as soon as possible. You can choose between a full refund of the amount paid or rebooking on another available date. ### ONLINE COURSES AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content (recorded courses, e-books, downloads, web configurations) once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal.
